Born in Uruguay and raised in Montréal, Canada,Natacha has traveled extensively, studied the educational approaches of several countries, and spent over four years as an elementary school teacher in Europe.

Sweet Dreams: Getting your Baby or Toddler to Sleep

Jennifer is the founder of Sleepdreams Sleep Professionals Inc and is a university instructor who has presented at several national conferences on sleep and is involved in sleep research. She has worked professionally in paediatrics for children and infants since 1996. Her educational credentials include an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia, a Master of Clinical Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Science at the University of British Columbia. She has also taken course credits as a breast feeding counsellor and specialises in sensory processing to help children get to sleep and stay asleep.

Judy Hartman, Health Canada
Choosing a Safer Consumer Product

Judy has been with Health Canada since 2002. As a Product Safety officer, she focuses on enforcement actions, policy issues and education efforts related to consumer products and cosmetics. She came to Health Canada from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, where she worked in various food inspection positions since 1996. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. (Agriculture) specializing in Animal Science.

Marina is a Fitness Instructor for Shop 'n Stroll Fitness Program She is an mother of one very active and adorable little girl and decided to become a Shop n’ Stroll instructor because of her interest in fitness and health. Marina knows its not an easy task getting out and exercising when you are an exhausted mom, but your health is important to both you and your little one.
